Forrest Contact was approached by CommSys sales management in 2007 to assist in filling their sales funnel on an ongoing basis. The partnership with CommSys had the Forrest Contact sales agents setting highly qualified appointments with IT Managers or business owners in the SME space. Businesses must be in the market for a new phone system, updating their infrastructure or have existing contracts soon to expire.

This successful long term partnership ran over a number of years. 4,500 hours of calls generating over 870 new opportunities for CommSys.
